Stormy Bird High Score Contest — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Stormy Bird High Score Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Perry Weather, 3102 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 202, Dallas, TX 75219 (“Sponsor”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on July 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Scores submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for the Contest.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are, at the time of entry, employed by or affiliated with a parks and recreation department, municipality, school or school district, athletic organization, or similar organization (an “Eligible Organization”).
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible to win, regardless of whether they play the game.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Stormy Bird game page via the link provided in Sponsor’s promotional email or at the URL published by Sponsor, play the game, and submit your score along with your name, organization, and a valid email address.
There is no limit on the number of times an entrant may play. An entrant’s highest submitted score during the Contest Period will be treated as their official entry. One (1) prize maximum per person and per organization.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Playing the game and submitting a score is free.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner — highest score): The Grand Prize depends on the winner’s organization’s customer status at the time of prize fulfillment:
New customers (organizations without an active Perry Weather subscription): One (1) year of a Perry Weather Core software subscription, free.
Existing customers on the Core or Plus tier: A free upgrade to the next subscription tier for one (1) year. Sponsor will pay the difference in cost between the winner’s current tier and the next higher tier for that year.
Existing customers on the Advanced tier (the highest tier, with no tier to upgrade to): A credit applied to the organization’s account at its next renewal, equal to the difference in cost between the Plus and Advanced tiers.
The Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash, is not transferable, and has no value beyond the applicable subscription, upgrade, or credit described above.
Top Ten Prize (up to 9 additional winners — ranks 2 through 10): One (1) Perry Weather prize pack, including a hat, Parks & Rec themed stickers, and additional Perry Weather merchandise.
Prizes are awarded “as is.” Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or component of a prize) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Determination
Winners will be determined by the top ten (10) highest valid scores on the Stormy Bird leaderboard at the close of the Contest Period, subject to the one-prize-per-person and one-prize-per-organization limits. In the event of a tie, the entrant who achieved the tied score earliest will be ranked higher.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any score it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been achieved through cheating, automation, bots, exploitation of bugs, multiple identities, or any other fraudulent or unfair means.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their score within seven (7) days of the close of the Contest Period. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to verify eligibility (including affiliation with an Eligible Organization). If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be awarded to the entrant with the next highest score.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, organization, and score in promotional materials without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with entries will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at perryweather.com.
10. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
12. Governing Law
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Questions
Questions about the Contest may be directed to [email protected].
