Synopsis
A dryline (imaginary line separating very dry & moist air) makes its way east across the state beginning Sunday morning. We are forecasting the timing of the dryline passing through OKC sometime between 8:00AM - 9:00AM. Once the dryline passes the atmosphere loses the moisture and instability needed for storm development. The exact timing of this dryline passing through OKC will determine if or when severe storms could trigger. The earlier the dryline is east of the metro the better. Expect the relative high humidity levels in the morning (~90%) to significantly drop in response to the dryline moving through. We'll keep you posted on any future developments.
